Kindthread is seeking an Assistant Store Manager for Scrubs & Beyond in Woodbridge Township, NJ. You will support the Store Manager in driving store performance, delivering an exceptional guest experience, and overseeing scheduling, customer service, marketing, merchandising, inventory, and safety.

You will lead, mentor, and motivate team members, develop strategies to achieve business goals, and help expand market share by selling to group accounts and retail customers.

Qualifications

• Essential Qualifications: Possess in-depth retail expertise
• Have at least 2 years of retail or sales experience in a leadership capacity or relevant experience
• Proven track record of consistently meeting or exceeding personal and overall store sales targets
• Able to quickly understand and address business information (budgets and sales forecasts, retail strategy)
• Can work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, and holidays
• FT 32-40 hours weekly

Responsabilités

• Drive business results by analyzing trends, maximizing daily sales, and developing team members to achieve business goals
• In partnership with the Store Manager, manage expense budgets, payroll management, and ensure adherence to procedures
• Establish new and preserve long-term customer relationships by cultivating and maintaining relationships with local healthcare providers and adhering to outreach expectations
• Create an exceptional customer experience by having a strong presence on the sales floor and modeling optimal selling behaviors
• Assist the Store Manager in fostering continuous learning and development for all team members by providing regular feedback and leading performance management efforts in an equitable and consistent manner
• Act as the leader in the building and take on management responsibilities when the Store Manager is not available, which includes coaching and training team members
• Lead through the Kindthread Core Values, inspire innovation, and maintain a high-performance culture
• Execute and maintain strong visual merchandising standards
