FutureCare in Glen Burnie, MD is looking for a Corporate Renovation Specialist to manage renovation projects across 15 nursing and rehabilitation centers and 7 dialysis clinics. This role requires a minimum of 5 years of experience in the construction/renovation field, alongside strong problem-solving and communication skills.

Formación

• At least 5 years of experience in construction, renovation, or a related field.
• Must have a valid driver's license and reliable transportation.

Responsabilidades

• Take inventory of materials needed for repairs and renovation.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations.
• Maintain detailed records of renovation projects.
• Assist other departments to minimize disruptions.
• Troubleshoot issues during the renovation process.

Conocimientos

Experience in working with steel stud structures

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills

Ability to read and interpret blueprints

Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Educación

High school diploma or equivalent

Associate degree in construction management or related field
