The technician will work on healthcare environments and will be responsible for demolition, renovation tasks, and ensuring quality assurance on-site. The hourly compensation ranges from $28.00 to $32.00 based on experience and includes health benefits, 401K match, and paid time off.

Qualifications

• OSHA 10 Training preferred.
• Strong teamwork, leadership, and collaboration skills.
• Experience in carpentry, painting, drywall, electrical, plumbing, framing, or mechanical trades.
• Ability to install structures unassisted.
• Basic verbal and written communication skills in English.

Responsibilities

• Safely use power and hand tools for renovations.
• Complete demolition and renovation duties in various healthcare environments.
• Oversee quality assurance and maintain a clean workspace.
• Prepare daily construction reports.
