Job summary

KR Wolfe is seeking a full-time Healthcare Renovation Technician to manage the demolition and renovation of healthcare environments, including operation and emergency rooms. This role requires travel, fully covered by the company, and skill in various trades such as carpentry and plumbing.

The technician is expected to ensure quality, utilize tools safely, and maintain trustworthy conduct while performing manual labor within tight schedules. Compensation ranges from $26 to $28 per hour, along with benefits including health insurance and 401K contributions.

Qualifications

• Preferred OSHA 10 Training.
• Experience in welding is highly preferred.
• Must have structural knowledge to install structures unassisted.
• Strong teamwork and communication skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Demolish and renovate various healthcare spaces.
• Use power and hand tools safely and correctly.
• Complete various trades including carpentry, plumbing, and electrical work.
• Prepare daily construction reports and maintain cleanliness.
