Job summary

The Suddath Companies in Duluth, GA is seeking a seasoned healthcare B2B sales professional to drive revenue growth in local markets. You will build relationships with end users, facilities teams, procurement leaders, and project managers to secure opportunities and expand service adoption.

You will own local revenue, prospect new business, and collaborate with operations to balance capacity and service delivery while expanding accounts.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree (B. A.) from four-year college or university is preferred but not necessary.
• Two to five years of direct sales experience; healthcare market experience preferred.
• Experience in healthcare procurement processes, healthcare design, and facility operations is desirable.
• Healthcare market B2B sales experience and relationship-building with facilities teams preferred.

Responsibilities

• Own revenue opportunities within the assigned local market and territory.
• Drive revenue growth through proactive prospecting, relationship management, and opportunity development.
• Build relationships with on-site decision makers and local stakeholders to generate new business opportunities.
• Identify and pursue upsell and cross-sell opportunities across the company’s service offerings.
• Maximize utilization of local capacity by aligning sales efforts with resources and market demand.
• Increase account penetration through regular engagement and solution-based selling.
• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to identify revenue opportunities.
• Produce and distribute sales activity reports and respond to business needs promptly.
