Job summary

Highmark Inc. is offering a Summer 2027 Reimbursement Analyst Undergraduate Internship in Seattle. The program provides hands-on exposure to data operations, reimbursement processes, master data management, analytics, and process improvement within the PPRO team.

Interns will support day-to-day operations, assist with reporting, mapping of business processes, and documentation efforts, and gain experience across healthcare data and business analysis.

Qualifications

• Full or part-time enrollment in an accredited college or university baccalaureate program.

Responsibilities

• Support day-to-day reimbursement operations and data reporting.
• Assist with mapping and documenting business processes and workflows.
• Analyze data and research business issues to support operational decisions.
• Prepare and maintain documentation for reports and processes.
• Contribute to projects and initiatives with mentorship from senior staff.
• Support stakeholders with data-driven insights.
• Perform related duties as assigned.
