- Identify root causes of compliance issues and recommend actionable solutions.
- Lead or support internal investigations from intake through resolution.
- Track and document compliance incidents, audits, and follow-ups using internal systems.
- Partner with internal teams to create and monitor corrective action plans.
- Collaborate with Quality & Education to update training materials and SOPs.
- Maintain and update compliance dashboards and monitoring tools.
- Stay up to date on healthcare regulatory changes and assess their impact.
- Support the creation and annual review of policies and regulatory guides.
- Participate in company-wide compliance campaigns and projects.

Required Qualifications- Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Compliance, Public Health, or related field.
- Minimum 2+ years of experience in healthcare compliance, auditing, or regulatory affairs.
- Working knowledge of HIPAA, Medicare care management programs (CCM, PCM, RPM), and OIG compliance guidelines.
- Experience conducting investigations and root cause analyses.
- Excellent written communication and documentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications- Certified in Healthcare Compliance (CHC) .
- Experience working in value-based care, care coordination, or health tech organizations.
- Familiarity with compliance risks in remote or virtual care settings.

Work Environment & Requirements- Fully remote or On-site in Independence, OH (with potential for hybrid post-onboarding).
- Standard business hours 8:00am - 5:00pm (Monday–Friday).
