Epic Pain Management in New Braunfels, TX is seeking an Established Referrals & Verification of Benefits (VOB) Coordinator for a full-time Monday–Friday schedule, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM. You will manage referrals, verify insurance eligibility, track authorizations, and ensure all requirements are met prior to appointments.

The role requires experience with medical insurance verification, payer portals, and patient scheduling.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• Experience with healthcare referrals and insurance verification preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Review upcoming appointments to verify referrals and insurance eligibility before the date of service.
• Process referrals and verify plan requirements, authorizations, and visits.
• Maintain accurate documentation in EMR and coordinate with PCP offices.
