Job summary

Lorian Health in Long Beach seeks a motivated Junior Sales Representative to grow and maintain referral relationships with hospitals, outpatient rehab centers, SNFs, and select medical groups to drive new patient referrals.

You will build and maintain relationships with referral sources, generate new referrals, and act as the liaison between Lorian Health and referral partners, ensuring timely referral processing and physician documentation.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or marketing (healthcare preferred).
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and presentation skills.
• Critical thinking and solid judgment in fast-moving situations.
• Valid driver’s license and proof of auto insurance.
• Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with referral sources (case managers, discharge planners, physicians).
• Generate new referrals and support existing accounts within the assigned territory.
• Act as the liaison between Lorian and referral partners; assist with referral processing.
• Obtain required Face-to-Face physician documentation.
• Support patients, coworkers, and referral partners by resolving issues as needed.
• Participate in team meetings and sales/marketing updates.
