Job summary

Enhabit Home Health & Hospice is seeking a proactive business development professional in Texas to manage and grow referrals from physicians, hospitals and senior care facilities. You will educate partners on services, program requirements and care transitions to improve patient outcomes.

The role requires strong communication, presentation skills, and a valid driver license, with preference for candidates familiar with Medicare home health and HCHB systems.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration, marketing, or related field; or graduate of approved nursing, therapy, or social work program.
• Minimum two years of experience in healthcare business development, community relations, marketing, or sales.
• Valid state driver license and automobile liability insurance.
• Knowledge of federal, state, and local laws governing Medicare home health and hospice operations.
• Strong interpersonal, communication and presentation skills (clinical license if applicable).

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary relationship manager between the company and referral sources to grow awareness of services and program requirements.
• Educate referral sources, patients and families to navigate post-acute care transitions and improve patient outcomes.
• Maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, and senior living communities to drive referral growth.
