Job summary

Select Medical - Outpatient Division in Tulsa, OK is seeking a motivated Business Development Manager to educate physicians and the community about physical therapy and specialty services, and to generate referrals to increase patient volume. You will build and maintain relationships with new and existing customers, identify referral opportunities, and participate in community outreach efforts as part of our nationwide physical therapy network.

Strong communication and sales skills are required.

Qualifications

• B.S./B.A degree required.
• Healthcare experience preferred.
• 2 years of sales or business development experience preferred.
• Experience in outpatient therapy setting preferred.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop referral opportunities with new business customers.
• Maintain positive relationships with existing customers.
• Educate physicians and community about our physical therapy and specialty services.
• Regularly participate in community outreach events.
