Job summary

Skilled Nursing Group is seeking a Clinical Liaison to drive facility growth through strategic marketing, referral development, and community engagement.

You will build and maintain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, and post-acute providers to ensure smooth patient transitions and increased admissions. You will support admissions with referrals and pre-admission assessments as appropriate, with travel up to 80% locally.

Qualifications

• LPN or RN license preferred.
• Minimum of two years of experience in the licensed field, ideally within rehabilitation, LTACH, or a related post-acute setting.
• Prior marketing or business development experience, preferably in senior living, skilled nursing, or healthcare.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to engage physicians, healthcare professionals, and community partners professionally and tactfully.

Responsibilities

• Drive facility growth through strategic marketing, referral development, and community engagement.
• Build and sustain relationships with hospitals, physicians, discharge planners, case managers, rehabilitation centers, assisted living facilities, hospices, and home care agencies.
• Maintain responsibility for patient referrals through completion of the admission process.
• Demonstrate understanding of inpatient rehabilitation and LTACH admission criteria.
• Collaborate with marketing teams and facility leadership to implement effective strategies.
