Qualifications

• Associate degree in health-related field or equivalent; 2 years sales/admissions in home health/assisted living.
• Understanding of home health care services and compliance requirements.
• Comfort with technology for outreach and communications with professionals, families, and residents.
• Knowledge of aging needs.
• Excellent oral, written and interpersonal skills; professional demeanor under stress.
• Effective communication with groups and via telephone.
• Ability to communicate in English, both spoken and written.
• Ability to form relationships.
• Creative thinking, problem solving and decision making.
• Adapt tactics for each prospect.
• Warm, friendly, caring manner on first impression.
• Work independently and in a team.
• Multitask effectively.
• Adhere to FHA and ADA guidelines in sales/marketing materials.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Educate healthcare professionals and the community about the agency's services
• Generate new referrals and meet monthly growth targets.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient intake.
• Track marketing activities, referral patterns, and outcomes.
• Represent the agency at health fairs, senior centers, and networking events.
• Communicate with prospective residents/guests, family members and influencers to drive sales.
• Stay updated on relevant operational, competitive, and company information.
• Create new strategic relationships with referral sources.
