The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a Hospitality-focused Business Development Coordinator to promote GlenCare to physicians, hospitals and referral sources while building relationships and increasing patient referrals. This full-time role requires proactive outreach, relationship building and a strong hospitality mindset.

Responsibilities include educating healthcare professionals about services, developing strategic relationships, and tracking referral activity to meet monthly

Competenze

• Associates degree in health field preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum 2 years in sales/admissions in home health or assisted living.
• Understanding of home health services and compliance requirements.

Mansioni

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners and other referral sources.
• Educate healthcare professionals and the community about the agency's services.
• Generate new referrals and meet monthly growth targets.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff for smooth patient intake.
• Track marketing activities, referral patterns and outcomes.
• Represent the agency at health fairs and networking events.
• Communicate with prospective residents and families to drive sales activity.
• Understand FHA/ADA guidelines in all sales presentations and marketing materials.
