Job summary

The Glenview at Pelican Bay in Naples, FL is seeking a hospitality-focused Home Health Liaison. This full-time role (Mon-Fri) will promote GlenCare to physicians, hospitals, senior communities and other referrals, building relationships to grow patient referrals.

A minimum of 2 years in sales/admissions in home health or assisted living is preferred. Qualifications include an Associates degree or equivalent experience, strong communication skills, and a customer‑oriented approach.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years experience in sales/admissions within home health or assisted living.
• Strong understanding of home health care services and compliance requirements.
• Excellent written and verbal communication, able to engage professionals, families, and residents.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain relationships with physicians, hospitals, discharge planners, and other referral sources.
• Educate healthcare professionals and the community about GlenCare services.
• Generate new referrals and meet monthly growth targets.
• Collaborate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure smooth patient intake.
• Track marketing activities, referral patterns, and outcomes.
• Represent the agency at health fairs, senior centers, and networking events.
• Communicate with prospective residents/guests, family members, and key influencers to generate sales activity.
