Job summary

Hickory Glen Senior Living is seeking a Sales and Marketing Coordinator to build referral partnerships and drive census growth within the community. The role emphasizes relationship development with hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations, plus presenting clear information to prospective residents and families.

The candidate should have at least two years of healthcare sales experience, strong communication skills, and a passion for senior care.

Qualifications

• Minimum of two years of direct sales experience in a healthcare setting
• Excellent knowledge and experience in all aspects of sales and marketing including partner relations, move-in paperwork, advertising, media, social media, and event planning
• Proven success in developing referrals in a healthcare setting

Responsibilities

• Build referral source relationships in hospitals, clinics, and senior-service organizations
• Work to grow census and quality mix by market development and collaboration with acute care and other referral sources
• Provide prospective residents and responsible parties with information and assistance
