Job summary

Urology of Virginia PC is seeking adetail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support talent acquisition and employee onboarding for our specialty medical practice. You will manage recruiting, candidate sourcing, interview coordination, onboarding, new hire orientation and HRIS administration.

The ideal candidate is organized, proactive, and thrives in a fast-paced healthcare environment, with responsibilities spanning recruiting, onboarding, and HR support to ensure a smooth employee

Qualifications

• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Experience with ATS, HRIS, or payroll systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint).
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: manage recruiting for clinical and non-clinical roles; post/maintain openings in Paylocity and ATS; source candidates; screen applicants; coordinate interviews; conduct background checks; prepare offers; track metrics.
• Employee Onboarding: coordinate onboarding activities; process paperwork; set up in Paylocity and HRIS; coordinate compliance training and orientation; track licenses and renewals.
• HR Support: maintain records; process employment verifications; prepare HR reports; support engagement and recognition initiatives; assist with HR projects; maintain confidentiality.
