Job summary

Urology of Virginia is seeking a detail-oriented Recruiting & Onboarding Specialist to support talent acquisition and employee onboarding for our specialty medical practice. You will manage recruiting activities for clinical and non-clinical roles, coordinate onboarding, and maintain HR records in Paylocity and HRIS systems.

Qualifications

• Associate degree or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Minimum of two (2) years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, onboarding, human resources, healthcare administration, or a related field.
• Experience working with an ATS, HRIS, or payroll system.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook, and PowerPoint.
• Strong organizational, communication, and customer service skills.
• Exceptional attention to detail and ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment.

Responsibilities

• Recruiting & Talent Acquisition: Manage recruiting activities for clinical and non-clinical positions.
• Employee Onboarding: Coordinate onboarding activities and set up Paylocity and HRIS systems.
• HR Support: Maintain accurate employee records, complete employment verification requests, and prepare HR reports.
