Qualifications

• 7+ years of agency healthcare staffing or healthcare recruiting experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience managing agency recruiting teams.
• Proven success leading sales and recruitment teams within healthcare staffing.
• Demonstrated ability to coach, develop, and retain top recruiting talent.
• Strong knowledge of healthcare staffing operations, recruiting metrics, market trends, and talent acquisition strategies.
• Experience building recruiter training, onboarding, and performance development programs.
• Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach, and develop a team of healthcare recruiters and recruiting leaders.
• Foster a high-performance, sales-oriented culture focused on results, accountability, and candidate quality.
• Serve as a player-coach by actively recruiting, mentoring, and modeling best practices.
• Develop recruiters at all stages of their careers, from onboarding through advanced performance and leadership development.
• Drive recruiter productivity, fill rates, candidate quality, retention, and revenue performance.
• Create and execute recruiting strategies that deliver qualified healthcare professionals quickly and consistently.
• Partner with sales, account management, operations, and leadership to meet client hiring needs and business objectives.
• Drive key recruiting metrics, performance expectations, and development plans.
• Build scalable recruiting processes that improve speed-to-fill, efficiency, and overall team performance.
• Recruit, hire, and retain top recruiting talent.
