Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required.
• Minimum of 5 years healthcare recruiting experience.
• Experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals.
• Strong understanding of healthcare staffing.
• Proven ability to source, screen, interview, and place qualified candidates.
• Experience using Indeed, LinkedIn, and other recruiting platforms.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong organizational, relationship-building, and time-management skills.
• Ability to manage multiple open positions and recruiting priorities simultaneously.
• Self-motivated, results-oriented, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

• Identify talent and present it to clients.
• Manage candidate pipeline and sources across multiple platforms.
• Recruit for clinical positions (PTs, PTAs, OTs, COTAs, nurses, physicians).
• Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of healthcare candidates.
• Verify credentials, licenses, and work history as appropriate.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and priorities.
• Maintain accurate candidate records for tracking placements.
• Meet recruiting KPIs, placement goals, and time-to-fill expectations.
• Stay informed about healthcare workforce trends and compensation.
