About The Role

Flexzo is seeking an experienced, results-driven Healthcare Recruiter to identify, engage, and present qualified healthcare professionals to our clients. In this full-time role, you will manage recruiting activity from sourcing and initial outreach through candidate presentation and placement. You will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, priorities, and role requirements, while building strong relationships with candidates throughout the process.

The ideal candidate brings at least five years of healthcare recruiting experience, a strong professional network, excellent communication skills, and a consistent record of meeting recruiting goals. You will be comfortable balancing multiple open positions, maintaining an organized candidate pipeline, and adapting your recruiting approach to changing workforce needs.

Qualifications

A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of healthcare recruiting experience. Candidates should have demonstrated success recruiting clinical healthcare professionals and a strong understanding of healthcare staffing. Experience sourcing, screening, interviewing, and placing qualified candidates is essential.

You should be familiar with Indeed, LinkedIn, professional job boards, social media, referrals, and other recruiting platforms. Excellent written and verbal communication skills are important, as is the ability to build productive relationships with candidates and hiring managers. Strong organization, time management, and follow-through will help you manage multiple searches and priorities at once. The successful candidate is self-motivated, accountable, results-oriented, and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities

Source and recruit qualified healthcare professionals through online platforms, professional networks, referrals, and other effective channels. Recruit for a range of clinical roles, including physical therapists, physical therapist assistants, occupational therapists, certified occupational therapy assistants, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals. Develop and maintain a robust pipeline of qualified candidates, keeping candidates informed and engaged throughout the recruitment process.

Review candidate experience and, as appropriate for each position, verify credentials, licenses, certifications, work history, and qualifications. Collaborate with hiring managers to clarify staffing needs, job requirements, and hiring priorities, then present suitable candidates for consideration. Maintain accurate and timely candidate records to support recruiting activity and placement tracking. Work toward established recruiting key performance indicators, placement goals, and time-to-fill expectations. Stay informed about healthcare workforce trends, compensation expectations, and market conditions to guide sourcing and candidate conversations.
