Job summary

Flexzo is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiter to identify, engage, and present qualified healthcare professionals to clients. The role requires at least five years of healthcare recruiting experience and strong communication skills to build productive relationships in a fast-paced environment.

You will manage multiple searches, guide candidates through the recruitment process, and collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing priorities.

Qualifications

• A bachelor’s degree is required, along with a minimum of five years of healthcare recruiting experience.
• Candidates should have demonstrated experience recruiting clinical healthcare professionals and a solid understanding of healthcare staffing practices.
• You should be able to source, screen, interview, and successfully place qualified candidates, using platforms such as Indeed, LinkedIn, professional job boards, social media, and referrals.

Responsibilities

• Manage the candidate pipeline from sourcing through presentation and placement.
• Identify and recruit qualified healthcare professionals using a variety of recruiting channels (Indeed, LinkedIn, job boards, social media, referrals).
• Recruit for a range of clinical roles, including physical therapists, nurses, physicians, and other healthcare professionals.
• Build and maintain a network of qualified candidates and communicate with applicants throughout the process.
• Review candidate qualifications and verify credentials, licenses, and work history as appropriate.
• Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and present suitable candidates in a timely manner.
• Maintain complete candidate records to support tracking and placement activity.
• Meet recruiting KPIs, placement goals, and time-to-fill expectations.
• Stay informed about healthcare workforce trends and compensation to support recruiting decisions.

• Stay informed about healthcare workforce trends, compensation expectations, and market conditions to support effective recruiting decisions.
