Job summary

Terros Health in Phoenix, AZ is seeking a Healthcare Recruiter to join our Human Resources team. This Full-Time, hourly, non-exempt role supports end-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, posts roles, screens candidates, and guides onboarding to ensure successful employment.

Requires 2+ years in full-cycle recruitment, preferably in integrated healthcare; bilingual is a plus. Travel to company sites statewide; strong communication and MS Office skills; HS diploma required, BA preferred.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of full cycle recruitment experience, preferably in integrated healthcare.
• Excellent oral and written communication skills.
• High school diploma required; bachelor degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• End-to-end recruitment for assigned positions, including posting and screening.
• Coordinate onboarding tasks with candidates.
• Source candidates through databases and social media; conduct outreach.
• Partner with HR and leadership to assess talent and experience.
• Travel to company sites throughout Arizona to meet with teams.
