Job summary

SHS Springboard Health Services, LLC in Scottsdale, AZ, is seeking a Relationship Manager/Recruiter to build relationships with healthcare clinicians and place them with hospitals nationwide. You will identify, qualify, and recruit clinicians via outbound calls, messaging, and social media, generating leads independently in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment.

The role requires a self-starter with proven sales results and strong organizational skills.

Qualifications

• 1-2+ years of sales experience with a proven track record of exceeding sales goals.
• Strong knowledge of job boards, research tools, and social media.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, and Outlook.
• Strong ATS and technology skills.
• Self-sufficient with time management and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication skills and interpersonal abilities in a service environment.

Responsibilities

• Implement and develop recruitment strategies to identify and source clinicians via ATS, social media, and recruitment platforms.
• Conduct outreach through calls and text messages to potential clinicians for recruitment.
• Build a pipeline of clinicians by sourcing and engaging with qualified candidates.
• Communicate assignment and benefits details to field staff to minimize cancellations.
• Place qualified clinicians with existing and new clients nationwide.
• Achieve recruitment results and meet goals.
• Build relationships with clinicians as career counselors and placement advisors.
• Negotiate contract terms and compensation with clinicians.
• Guide clinicians through hiring and onboarding in the Springboard Health system.
• Educate clinicians on contract benefits and collaborate with Client Success Managers.
• Conduct reference verifications and address employment issues.
• Execute sales strategies based on clinician needs and management direction.
