Job summary

UNTWN Uniontown Hospital is seeking an experienced recruiter to manage full-cycle recruitment for WVUH in a fast-paced environment. You will source, screen, interview, and coordinate offers, while maintaining relationships with educational institutions and hiring managers.

The role emphasizes developing recruitment plans, ensuring compliance, and building candidate pipelines through diverse sourcing channels. Hybrid eligible after probation, about 40 hours weekly.

Qualifications

• Master’s degree in HR or Industrial Relations with 1 year recruitment experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in HR/Business/IR or related field with 2 years recruitment experience.
• Associate degree with 4 years recruitment experience.
• High School Diploma with 10 years recruitment experience.

Responsibilities

• Perform recruitment for WVUH in accordance with guidelines.
• Develop and implement recruitment plans.
• Review applications and use assessments to evaluate qualifications.
• Proactively source to improve candidate pools; use varied techniques.
• Conduct candidate screens and behavioral interviews.
