Job summary

Access Health Care Physicians, LLC seeks a Healthcare Recruiter to support full-cycle hiring for clinical and non-clinical roles. This on-site role in Spring Hill, FL focuses on sourcing and screening candidates, coordinating interviews with internal stakeholders, and maintaining compliance and recruitment records.

The role includes workforce planning support, recruitment reporting, and participation in professional recruiting events.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in HR, Business Administration, Healthcare Administration, or related field; equivalent experience may be considered.
• Two or more years of recruiting experience.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Excellent organizational and time management abilities.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite including Outlook, Excel, Word, and Teams.
• Ability to manage multiple openings simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Lead full-cycle recruitment for providers, advanced practice providers, clinical staff, and non-clinical positions.
• Source, screen, and interview qualified candidates using multiple recruitment channels.
• Coordinate candidate interview scheduling with hiring managers, physicians, and leadership teams.
• Maintain continuous communication with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
• Perform reference checks, employment verifications, and background screenings as needed.
• Prepare and extend employment offers and assist with contract administration.
• Build and sustain relationships with healthcare professionals, educational institutions, professional associations, and recruitment vendors.
• Attend job fairs, networking events, and professional recruitment conferences.
• Maintain accurate recruitment records and ATS updates.
• Collaborate with department leaders to understand workforce needs and staffing priorities.
• Assist with onboarding activities to support a smooth transition for new hires.
• Develop recruitment strategies to attract highly qualified healthcare professionals in competitive markets.
• Ensure compliance with regulations and company policies.
• Produce recruitment reports and track key performance metrics such as time-to-fill, candidate pipeline activity, and hiring outcomes.
