Responsibilities

• Full‑Cycle Recruitment: strategy, sourcing, screening, offers, placement.
• Recruit healthcare professionals across clinical and non‑clinical roles.
• Partner with hiring managers to align staffing priorities and decisions.
• Identify candidates via job boards, social networks, referrals, and outreach.
• Engage candidates with timely communication and professional experience.
• Navigate compensation discussions and resolve conflicts with professionalism.
• Maintain ATS records and ensure regulatory compliance.
