About this role

Infisical is looking for a Technical Recruiter to help us scale our team by hiring exceptional engineering talent and product talent. You'll play a key role in defining our hiring strategy, shaping our recruiting processes, and ensuring that every candidate has an amazing experience with us.

You'll work directly with our founders to identify, attract, and hire the best talent as we scale the company. Your responsibilities will include:

• Owning the full-cycle recruitment process, from sourcing to closing candidates.
• Building and maintaining a strong pipeline of engineering and product talent.
• Ensuring an outstanding candidate experience through clear communication and process improvements.
• Experimenting with creative sourcing techniques and branding strategies.

Overall, you will be one of the defining pieces of our team as we scale the organization to serve thousands of customers over the next 18 months.

About you

We're looking for a proactive and strategic full-cycle recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is excited about building a top-tier team from the ground up. You'll be a key player in shaping our hiring culture and ensuring we attract top engineering talent.

You're a great fit if you have:

• 3+ years of experience in engineering recruiting.
• Proven ability to source, engage, and close top-tier engineering talent.
• Strong understanding of technical roles, stacks, and developer communities.
• Experience with ATS platforms (we use Ashby), sourcing tools, and employer branding strategies.
• Ability to develop hiring strategies and execute on them independently.
• Startup experience or experience working in fast-paced environments.
• Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills.

How you will grow?

As our first dedicated recruiter, you'll play a foundational role in shaping Infisical's hiring strategy and company culture. As we scale the team, you'll have the opportunity to:

• Own recruiting across multiple functions and geographies.
• Build and lead a recruiting team.
• Develop Infisical's brand and hiring processes from the ground up.
• Scale our recruiting processes and team.
