Job summary

Phoenix Home Care & Hospice is seeking a Recruiter to join our Springfield recruiting team in-office. You’ll manage the full candidate journey, from outreach to interview, and ensure an engaging candidate experience every step of the way.

Join a fun, close-knit team that values energy, creativity, and a positive attitude. The role emphasizes relationship-building with caregivers and clinicians and representation at local hiring events.

Qualifications

• Experience with recruiting and staffing processes.
• Screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Familiar with job boards, social media, referrals and events.
• Comfortable with technology and MS Office.

• Finding and connecting with amazing caregivers and clinicians through job boards, social media, referrals, events, and creative outreach.
• Building genuine relationships with candidates and helping them find opportunities that fit their lives.
• Screening, interviewing, and guiding candidates through the hiring process.
• Bringing personality, positivity, and a great candidate experience to every interaction.
• Thinking outside the box to find new ways to attract talent.
• Collaborating with a team that shares ideas, celebrates successes, and has each other's backs.
• Representing Phoenix at hiring events and in our communities.
