Role Responsibilities:

• Develop and execute recruitment strategies to attract, screen, and hire quality healthcare professionals
• Utilize various recruitment tools and methods to source and attract a diverse pool of qualified candidates
• Manage caregivers and field staff during assignments
• Build and maintain relationships with clients, patients, and referral sources
• Develop industry contacts for knowledge, referrals, and business leads

Requirements:

• Undergraduate degree preferred in Business, Marketing, Management, Communications, Public Relations, or Healthcare Administration
• Must meet all legal employment requirements
• Excellent written and verbal communication, strong analytical skills

Salary Information:

• First 3 months: $24.04/hour as a Trainee
• Post-training: $50,000 annual salary plus weekly commissions, with a $5,000 Cost of Living Adjustment
