Pride Health is seeking an Associate Recruiter to join our team in the United States. You will identify new business opportunities, attract and hire top talent for our clients, and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates.

You will manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification through offer negotiation and placement, building a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent and maintaining relationships with candidates and clients.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required with interest in recruiting or HR.
• Strong written and verbal communication essential.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-screening phone calls with candidates.

Pride Health is seeking Associate Recruiters to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, attracting, and hiring top talent for our clients. You will work closely with our clients to understand their hiring needs and partner with them to deliver exceptional candidates.

Responsibilities

• Conduct pre-screening phone calls with candidates in the professional services field to support our existing pipeline of business.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of Tier 1 talent.
• Organize, track, and update new and existing candidates within the system.
• Prepare candidates for first-round interviews.
• Identify and support new business, including recruitment opportunities with existing clients and prospective new clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with both candidates and clients, developing a relevant and valuable professional network.
• Develop and manage your own sustainable pipeline of business through client visits, networking events, candidate marketing, and referral generation.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from candidate identification through offer negotiation and placement.
• Partner with clients throughout the hiring process, including market insights, search strategy, interview coordination, and offer management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree required with an interest in Recruiting or Human Resources
