Care Hospice is growing — and we’re looking for a talented Recruiter to help us find compassionate, high-performing professionals who are committed to delivering exceptional hospice care. This position plays a vital role in our continued growth by leading the full-cycle recruitment process for both sales and clinical roles across multiple locations.

This is a remote position, but candidates must reside in the Central, Mountain, or Pacific Time Zone to support hiring needs effectively across those regions.

As a Recruiter, you’ll partner closely with hiring managers to attract top talent while ensuring an excellent candidate experience. You’ll be a key player in building teams that uphold our mission of patient-centered, compassionate care.

  • Manage full cycle recruiting process to meet staffing goals, with a strong focus on speed, quality, and candidate experience.
  • Design and execute strategic initiatives to recruit diverse, high-performing talent across a multi-site, multi-time zone organization.
  • Source candidates through multiple channels, including job boards, social media, networking, referrals, and community outreach — always with an eye for innovation and targeting the right talent.
  • Collaborate closely with hiring managers to understand role requirements, team dynamics, and ideal candidate profiles.
  • Screen and interview candidates to assess qualifications, cultural fit, and alignment with our values.
  • Build and nurture a talent pipeline through proactive sourcing, market research, and ongoing candidate engagement.
  • Use data and insights to drive recruitment decisions, identify gaps, and continuously improve processes.
  • Minimum of 3 years’ recruiting experience including at least 2yrs in Healthcare Recruitment in the past 3 years
  • Experience recruiting for healthcare sales strongly preferred
  • Successful track record of direct sourcing candidates
  • Experience using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and recruitment assessment platforms.
  • Strong relationship-building and communication skills with the ability to influence and partner with hiring managers
  • High sense of urgency and ability to work in fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
  • Drive to provide excellent customer service and a high touch experience with candidates and hiring managers.
  • Self-sufficient and able to work with little direct supervision.


$75,000 - $85,000 per year (Average Pay Range). The pay range listed represents a general guideline for the role and is not a guarantee of the final offer. Compensation will be determined based on the selected candidate’s relevant experience and the specific responsibilities of the position. Final compensation rate will be discussed and confirmed at the conclusion of the interview process.
