Seeking an experienced, self-drivenHealthcare Recruiter to lead full-cycle recruiting efforts for our Skilled Nursing Facilities, Assisted Living Communities, and Long-Term Care programs. This role plays a critical part in attracting top healthcare talent, building strong talent pipelines, and supporting our mission to deliver high-quality care to seniors across our communities.
RESPONSBILITIES:
- Full cycle recruitment including clinical, administrative, dietary and leadership positions.
- Review resumes and applications.
- Conduct interviews via phone or virtually.
- Meet with hiring manager's weekly.
- Source passive candidates through various recruitment tools.
- Develop and execute recruitment strategies.
- Maintain consistent organized communication with hiring teams and candidates.
- Verifies licensures when appropriate.
- Create wage analysis when needed.
- Guide Hiring managers through best-practice interview processes.
- Maintain accurate data in the ATS system.
- Partner with regional and facility leaders to understand staffing needs and develop targeted recruiting strategies.
- Schedule interviews with multiple hiring managers.
- Ensure all hiring practices meet compliance standards, including licensure, background checks, and regulatory guidelines.
- Other duties as assigned.
- 4 + years of recruiting experience, preferably in both Skilled Nursing and Assisted Living communities.
- Familiarity with Skilled Nursing, Assisted Living, and Long-term care staffing challenges, job roles, and compliance standards.
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with hiring managers and candidates alike.
- Proficiency with ATS platforms like Symplr, Paycom, etc.
- Detail oriented and organized.
- Ability to manage multiple openings across locations.
- Comfortable working independently while also collaborating with fast - paced team.
