Job summary

Tews Company is seeking an experienced Healthcare Recruiting Specialist for a contract, fully remote position. Florida candidates only should apply as this role is remote across the state. The ideal candidate will move quickly in a high-volume environment while delivering high-quality candidate experiences.

You will screen RNs, CMAs, and clinical professionals, review applications, assess fit and compensation needs, and collaborate closely with hiring managers to fill openings efficiently.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of recruiting experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience preferred (RNs, CMAs, clinical professionals).
• Experience handling high-volume recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating with hiring managers and stakeholders.
• Experience using ATS/CRM systems.
• Remote work ability with Florida residency.

Responsibilities

• Conduct high-volume phone screens with healthcare candidates (RNs, CMAs, clinical staff).
• Review resumes to identify qualified candidates.
• Assess experience, qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the process.
• Partner with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open roles.
• Provide clear feedback and recommendations to hiring managers.
• Manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up with candidates and managers to maintain momentum.
• Keep accurate candidate data in the ATS and CRM.
• Meet recruitment targets while delivering a positive candidate experience.

We’re looking for an experienced Healthcare Recruiting Specialist to join our team on a contract basis and help identify, screen, and move qualified healthcare professionals through the hiring process.

This is a high-volume recruiting environment, so we're looking for someone who can move quickly while maintaining candidate quality and providing a great candidate experience. The ideal candidate has experience recruiting and screening Registered Nurses (RNs), CMAs, and other healthcare professionals and is comfortable communicating directly with hiring managers.

What You’ll Do

• Conduct high-volume phone screens with healthcare candidates, particularly RNs, CMAs, and clinical professionals.
• Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Assess candidates' experience, qualifications, availability, and compensation expectations.
• Communicate professionally with candidates throughout the recruiting process.
• Partner directly with recruiters and hiring managers to understand open positions and candidate requirements.
• Provide hiring managers with clear candidate feedback and recommendations.
• Manage multiple openings and candidate pipelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Follow up consistently with candidates and hiring managers to keep searches moving.
• Maintain accurate candidate activity and information within the ATS.
• Meet high-volume recruiting and screening goals while delivering a positive candidate experience.

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of recruiting, or talent acquisition experience.
• Healthcare recruiting experience is strongly preferred, particularly experience with RNs, CMAs, or other clinical professionals.
• Experience handling high-volume recruiting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Comfortable communicating directly with hiring managers and internal stakeholders.
• Ability to quickly understand job requirements and identify qualified candidates.
• Strong organization, follow-through, and time-management skills.
• Experience using an ATS or recruiting CRM.
• Comfortable working independently in a fully remote environment.
• Florida residency required, but the position is fully remote.
