Job summary

Pacific Companies, Inc. is seeking a Physician Recruiter to join our expanding Permanent Placement & Locum Tenens division. You’ll thrive in a fast-paced, sales-driven environment while helping hospitals and private practices fill physician roles with top talent.

Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and matching physicians, building pipelines, and sourcing candidates through online platforms and internal tools. Travel as needed and enjoy a competitive base with uncapped commissions.

• Comfort making calls and overcoming resistance.
