Responsibilities include prospecting, qualifying, and matching physicians, building pipelines, and sourcing candidates through online platforms and internal tools. Travel as needed and enjoy a competitive base with uncapped commissions.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of sales or healthcare recruiting experience.
• Comfort making calls and overcoming resistance.
• Driven, positive attitude with a team-first mindset.
• Travel as needed.

Responsibilities

• Prospect, qualify, and match physicians with opportunities across hospital systems and private practices
• Build and manage strong candidate pipelines
• Assess candidate skills and experience based on client needs
• Source candidates through online platforms, social media, job boards, and internal tools
