Assurgent Medical Staffing in Atlanta, GA is seeking a driven Locum Tenens Physician Recruiter who thrives in a fast-paced, relationship-driven environment to place physicians and advanced practice providers in temporary assignments nationwide.

You will build pipelines, conduct outreach, coordinate interviews and credentialing, negotiate terms, and track activities in ATS/CRM systems while aiming to exceed recruiting and revenue goals.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in recruiting, staffing, sales, customer service, or business development.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and negotiation skills.
• Comfortable working in a high-volume, metrics-driven environment.
• Self-motivated with strong organizational and time-management skills.
• Experience with LinkedIn Recruiter, Boolean searches, candidate sourcing, and ATS/CRM systems preferred.
• Ability to confidently make outbound calls and build new relationships.

Responsabilités

• Source and recruit physicians and advanced practice providers for locum tenens assignments nationwide.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline through cold calling, networking, referrals, LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, and online sourcing strategies.
• Conduct candidate outreach, screening interviews, and credentialing coordination.
• Develop and maintain long-term relationships with healthcare providers and clients.
• Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing through assignment placement.
• Coordinate interviews, availability, travel discussions, and assignment logistics.
• Negotiate compensation packages and assignment details with providers.
• Maintain accurate activity tracking within ATS and CRM systems.
• Meet and exceed recruiting and revenue performance goals.
