Job summary

Medical-Link North America is seeking a driven Healthcare Recruiter to source, engage, and place Physicians, Nurse Practitioners, and Physician Assistants nationwide in temporary and permanent roles. You will collaborate with recruiters and account managers in a fast-paced, performance-driven environment with strong earning and growth potential.

You will source candidates, screen and interview, and manage the hiring lifecycle while maintaining accurate data in internal systems.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of recruiting or sales experience (healthcare preferred).
• Strong sourcing and internet research skills.
• Experience using LinkedIn and professional networking platforms.
• Proficient in Microsoft Outlook and basic Microsoft/Google tools.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Proven history of achieving performance goals.
