Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Experience in medical records, healthcare administration, or related fields preferred.
• Knowledge of HIPAA and regulatory requirements.

Responsibilities

• Maintain confidential EMR and resident charts.
• Ensure records are complete and HIPAA compliant.
• File, scan, retrieve, and maintain patient documentation.
• Assist with records audits and admissions/discharges.
• Coordinate resident transportation and manage central supply inventory.
