Vista Ridge Senior Care is seeking a dependable Medical Records & Central Supply Coordinator to manage resident medical records and oversee ordering, receiving, inventory, and distribution of medical and facility supplies. Responsibilities include maintaining HIPAA-compliant records, EMR document management, vendor coordination, and ensuring proper storage and infection control

Qualifications

• Maintains confidential resident medical records per regulations.
• These duties include admission/ discharge document handling.
• Audits charts for regulatory compliance and completes HIPAA requirements.
• Familiarity with EMR systems and scanning/file management.

Responsibilities

• Maintain complete, accurate resident medical records in accordance with regulations.
• Prepare admission, discharge, and transfer records; audit charts for completeness.
• File/scan documents into EMR; process requests while HIPAA compliant.
• Assist with physician orders and support surveys and audits.
