The position requires a high school diploma, 40 wpm typing, familiarity with Kronos timekeeping, and strong communication in English. You will greet visitors, answer calls, and help maintain filing systems and reports.

Qualifikationen

• Working knowledge of common office machines.
• Proficient with Kronos and basic computer skills.
• Strong communication and English language skills.

• Greet visitors and direct to proper area.
• Answer telephone and manage messages.

• Pull daily hours from Kronos and report labor.
• Prepare correspondence for Administrator and department heads.
