Cantex Continuing Care Network seeks a Cook/Assistant Chef at The Colonnades at Reflection Bay in Pearland, TX 77584. The role ensures patient meals are prepared per approved menus, in a sanitized environment, and in compliance with local, state, and federal guidelines.

Qualifications

• Current state Food Manager Certificate is required.
• Experience in quality food preparation in long-term care or healthcare is preferred.
• Ability to read, write, and speak English.

Responsibilities

• Prepares or directs preparation of food items on assigned menus.
• Labels, dates, and stores food items/leftovers after use.
• Maintains sanitation of equipment and storage areas.
