Job summary

Providence Medical Foundation is seeking a Quality Incentive Programs Coordinator under the Director of Operational Excellence to manage daily duties related to government and health plan Quality Incentive Programs, ensuring provider attestation, and serving as the point of contact for inquiries.

This role collaborates with Decision Support to analyze performance trends and with Performance Improvement to communicate opportunities in performance, contributing to patient-focused care.

Qualifications

• 1 year of experience in a health care setting or medical claims/insurance operations.
• PMI Project Management Professional certification upon hire.
• 5 years of experience in a health care or managed care system.
• Project management experience in an ambulatory care environment.
• Experience with Six Sigma Quality Improvement and Lean Production/Manufacturing processes and tools.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate day-to-day quality incentive programs ensuring attestation requirements are met.
• Serve as primary contact for internal and external inquiries on payment or performance status.
• Partner with Decision Support to obtain data and analyze performance trends.
• Support Performance Improvement teams to communicate opportunities in performance.
