Job summary

Munson Healthcare is seeking a Quality Projects Coordinator to support primary care teams by coordinating payer quality programs and incentives. You will develop action plans to capture data, ensure HEDIS compliance, and improve care coordination to maximize value-based revenue.

The role involves collaborating with administrators, providers, and insurers to implement quality initiatives and improve patient outcomes across our Michigan network.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent.
• Post-secondary education in business or related field.
• Solid understanding of medical terminology required.
• 2 years in the healthcare industry preferred.
• Certified Medical Assistant or equivalent experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate quality projects, payer quality programs and incentives to improve patient outcomes.
• Develop action plans for data capture, HEDIS compliance, and care coordination.
• Review provider offices with office administration and managers for improvements.
• Maintain personalized service through direct interactions with healthcare admins and community leaders.
• Collaborate with Physician Hospital Organization, administration, providers, and insurers on ongoing quality initiatives.
