• Black Belt Certification preferred.
• Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality (CPHQ) preferred upon hire.

Responsibilities

• Facilitate performance improvement across the organization and Medical Staff.
• Abstract and manage data for indicator reporting, information management, and decision making.
• Track and trend data to identify variations in the delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital personnel to develop review and analysis projects.
