Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree is preferred.
• Black Belt Certification or CPHQ is preferred for advancement.

Responsibilities

• Abstract and manage data for indicator reporting, information management and decision making.
• Track and trend data to identify variations in the delivery of patient care.
• Collaborate with physicians and hospital personnel to develop projects for review and analysis of aggregated data.
