Job summary

Lakeside Behavioral Health System in Memphis seeks a dedicated Quality and Performance Improvement professional to coordinate the overall QA functions. You will collect data, prepare reports, analyze trends, and support the Quality Committee to drive regulatory compliance.

You will investigate incidents, document findings, and perform monthly chart audits to ensure standards are met. The role requires collaboration with clinical and administrative teams and acting as a knowledgeable contact

Qualifications

Education: Bachelor's degree in healthcare related field; solid clinical knowledge for reading medical records.
Knowledge of regulatory and compliance guidelines, especially State, licensing or regulatory agencies.
Understanding of Quality and Performance Improvement standards and programs.
Proficiency in various computer programs including Microsoft Office, EMRs, and other databases.

Responsibilities

Coordinate the overall Quality and Performance Improvement functions.
Collect information, prepares reports, and analyzes QA data.
Facilitate the Quality Committee.
Perform investigations and report incidents timely as required.
Maintain documentation of investigations and reports.
Perform monthly chart audits to ensure regulatory and organizational standards are maintained.
Serve as a knowledgeable point of contact during absences of the Director of Regulatory Compliance.
