• Minimum: Associate's degree or 4 years' experience in lieu of education
• Preferred: Bachelor’s degree in statistics, management analysis, or related curriculum
• Minimum experience: 1 year in healthcare data analysis and statistical methods
• Technical competency in computer applications for data management, including word processing, spreadsheets, databases, and statistical principles

Responsibilities

• Plans and manages data analysis projects in clinical quality
• Produces reports for clinical outcomes and patient safety dashboards
• Ensures data integrity across projects and coordinates with QA teams
• Participates in performance improvement activities across hospital system
