Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in nursing or related health field from an accredited institution; 5 years of professional nursing experience required.
• Formal project management and performance improvement training, such as Lean Six Sigma, required.
• Master's Degree preferred; certification in IHI's Model for Improvement, Six Sigma, Lean, or CPHQ preferred.
• Comparable combination of education and experience may substitute for the above requirements.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support performance improvement initiatives across clinical areas.
• Plan, collect, organize and report QA data for PI programs and benchmarking.
• Facilitate PI activities and collaborate with departments to ensure evidence-based care.
• Develop staff education related to quality and performance improvement.
