Job summary

Jobgether, on behalf of a partner company in the United States, seeks a Quality Intelligence Program Consultant. This role focuses on developing quality measurement strategies, optimizing reporting, and turning healthcare data into actionable intelligence.

You will collaborate with clinical teams, leadership, and payer partners in a fully remote environment. Required background includes healthcare administration, project management, and quality improvement with knowledge of HEDIS/NCQA programs.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Healthcare Administration or related discipline.
• At least 5 years of professional experience in healthcare administration, project management, quality intelligence or quality improvement.
• Experience with HEDIS and NCQA payer programs preferred.
• Strong understanding of quality improvement methodologies and performance measurement frameworks.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement enterprise-wide quality measures, definitions, goals, and improvement initiatives.
• Monitor external quality reporting programs, standards, and regulatory requirements.
• Maintain measure definitions and code lists for quality measures used in value-based agreements.
• Lead the development of reports, dashboards, workflows, and tools to improve quality outcomes.
• Ensure accurate data collection, analysis, interpretation, and reporting across the organization.
• Coordinate communication of quality performance data with stakeholders and leaders.
• Develop reporting files, databases, and data infrastructure for quality reporting needs.
• Validate data quality through feed reviews, mapping, and deficiency resolution.
• Create accessible quality intelligence solutions and dashboards for clinicians and executives.
• Lead Quality Intelligence meetings with stakeholders and track performance trends.
• Monitor payer quality performance and identify improvement opportunities.
